A reputable private special education school in Londonderry, New Hampshire is seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Administrator/Principal to lead and inspire our dedicated team. The Role:
The Special Education Administrator/Principal will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and fostering a positive and enriching learning environment for all students.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight to all academic and therapeutic programs.
  • Supervise and evaluate teaching and support staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, teachers, and therapists.
  • Manage school budget and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal special education regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and community stakeholders.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
  • While New Hampshire certification as a Special Education Administrator is preferred, we are open to supporting the relocation of the right candidate with a competitive relocation package.
  • Proven experience as a Special Education Administrator or Principal.
  • Deep understanding of special education law and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
